Problem Regarding file transfer issue into PC using USB Cable

Today when I connected my Samsung  A50s with PC via USB Cable for transferring some of my personal files into PC, it only showed Charging option in the Drop-down Menu ( Notification Settings )...... No other options was available there.....

I have tried several times using several USB-C type cables but no options were visible except that Charging Option. What shall I do now, GUYS ? Is the any option in the Settings Menu for correction ? Help me please......

Enable Developer options and then check your Default USB configuration. Make sure it's in transferring files mode.

Try some wireless transferring methods using wifi.
