Regarding Charging Problem.

Dear sir/ madam

I am pakaj. Before 3 days I was update my phone Android version 9 to 10 and One UI2. After updating this phone is not charging. I am complaint to service center when he was try to update software via cable the usb port is totally not working.

1. Try disabling devlopers option if you have enabled it.
2. Go to Settings> Device Care > Battery and eneble fast charging.

Please follow the below mentioned steps in order to resolve the issue:

> Once check with another USB cable

> Perform the interactive check of USB (Samsung member app>>Get help option>>Interactive checks>>USB)

> Run the device in safe mode and check the issue.

> If still issue not resolved, please visit to the authorized Samsung service center with device and have it inspected for further resolution.
