By seeing ur post ur device is m40 right..
Ur device is on biannual security update list ..
So u will only get updation 2 times in a year ..
No more quarterly update

But i don't think its fair, 2019 model phone will not get regular updates means.

Bro it's right ..
But what cam we do about this ..
even 2019 Aseries phones and even premium Aseries phones are also in this list ..
It is not flagship to get always updates bro ..
But samsung should atleast give 3 years quarterly update ..
When did u get last update and is it biannual based..
They always discriminate mseries interms of software updates ,build quality software features ..
Also bro this ur phone got 2 major os update so samsung might have shifted it to biannual ..
