I know knox trip will void warranty. But,Can Samsung service center reset my device's knox? I don't mind if they charge me.

It's gone forever that's what Knox is suppose to do to ensure safety. And knox is always a combination of HW+SW. So if the Hardware is gone it SW becomes unusable. Getting the motherboard replaced is the only option.
