Samsung has the WORST network hardware system in the world.

Using my Samsung S10 lite from past 3 years, this network (cellular) problem is not new to me and I have even posted about this problem when I bought this phone and many people with other series of M and A also complained the same issue.

Well due to some reasons I am still using this phone but trust me this network issue while using Internet is just frustrating, irritating and depressing. 

I don't remember how many times in a day I have to put airplane mode on and off just to make internet work. 

Despite being such a big company I don't understand Samsung don't solve these kinds frustrating things in their devices. 

My cousin used to have Samsung smartphone 5-6 years back and he was having problem while taking photos because a little bit of hand movement would made the photo shaky and that problem was stil their in my S10 lite to till now in latest samsung devices. 

These camera and network thing is such a important thing in a smartphone and yet there are problems like this which are being ignored from many years. 

So so frustrating and irritating.

Samsung has the lowest SAR values, thus leading to poor network performance in Indian conditions. I know a few people who gets headache when they use Redmi mobiles, so they prefer Samsung/iPhone. I always suggest to people not to buy Samsung if they live in a poor network coverage area.

Even in good coverage and full network the Internet gets stops and only uploading signal works. Poor connectivity is fine but even after good coverage the Internet problem is worst.

huh, m53 5g has 1.31 head sar which is nearly 1.6. and have question why samsung never show body sar ? is body sar of samsung mobile is greater than 1.6 so they do not show body sar ?

Kindly restart your smartphone once and also re-insert your SIM card.
Check device network in an open area: Kindly check your device in a different location/network coverage area.

Check device network mode settings
Please follow the below steps.
Step1: Navigate to the app's screen and tap on Settings.
Step2: Tap on Connections.
Step3: Tap on Mobile networks.
Step4: Tap on network mode SIM1 or SIM2.
Step5: Select network mode.
Note: We recommend setting device network mode as LTE/3G/2G (auto connect) mode.

Kindly do check the same SIM card in another phone or another SIM card on the same phone to verify the issue.

In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).
