Issue in Samsung m31 after software update

i'm facing the same issue Samsung is very disappointing towards it's software updates.

previously i owned nokia 7 plus but never faced these type of issues.

Same problem for me. previously I owned all chinese phones and never had any issue. Being Bigger brand, if you are unable to push proper patch for the update, then you guys are not better than any cheap chinese brands.

Is this really authentic solution from Samsung as I can see the provided URLs are not of samsung. Using pirated or unauthentic software will expire the warranty and future support from Samsung???
