๐ง How to update (new method in One UI ๐
If your phone or tablet is running One UI 8 (Android 16) or newer, the Galaxy Wearable app no longer supports firmware updates for Buds 3.
Instead, follow these steps:
1. Go to Settings โบ Connected devices.
2. Select your Galaxy Buds 3 or Galaxy Buds 3 Pro.
3. Tap Earbuds settings โบ Software update.
4. Download and install the latest version.
๐ก Note: On older devices still running One UI 7 (Android 14) or earlier, you may continue to receive updates through the Galaxy Wearable app, but Samsung is gradually transitioning all models to this new settings-based update method.
๐ฎ๐ณ Rollout information
The rollout has already begun in India ๐ฎ๐ณ, and users can expect to see it appear soon if they havenโt received it yet. Since the update is being released in batches, it may take a few hours or days to reach all users.
