After a while when Samsung decided to remove the bixby side button, I believe it was quite a useful feature. After the ability in One UI to be able to customise all the side keys and their abilities and very amazing feature called Modes and Routines, I believe it's really the time for galaxy phones to be including a bixby button or can be rebadged as the assistant button.
An extra side key which we can use however we want and and associate any feature to.
My personal use would definitely be activating Google Voice Access Accessibility with just a button and being able to use my phone in a total hand free mode.
