I was receiving a call Play.google.com/setting it was a few days later. The phone came from Blustack and then asked for a lot of information after emailing them. After a few days the phone went away. Who cut the phone? I don't understand

Don't give your personal information like Id password to anyone. If it is necessary then give him by meeting him physically so you know that who use your Id password.
