I bought Galaxybook5pro which should have come with MSoffice 2024 activated but my laptop didn't.
It has msword etc but when I open them it ask for activation which should get activated during inital setup.
I used that same Microsoft account to setup and login to MS office but still it ask for activation.
Samsung support says I need a written mail from Microsoft verifiying my issue then only samsung will help( typical sarkari attitude) .
Microsoft support is sleeping or dead I dont know, I have 4 tickets open (1 ticket was opened by samsung support taking my laptop on remote access) but none of the tickets have been assigned to any Microsoft representative.
I repeatedly contacted samaung and told then Microsoft support is responding on any tickets and samaung should take this matter further amd help me but
Samsung is refusing to help until I get the mail from Microsoft.
Why should I have to suffer in all this? Its samsung job to to solve my issue, I bought a samaung laptop.
I am regretting my purchase decision seeing the very bad customer support from samsung.
Never ever buy samsung laptops.
Lets see if that customer support guy comments here on not.

[Resolved] After 4 days of back n forth communication with samsung(useless) and raising 4 tickets , Microsoft finally added the subscription to my account this morning (25march). But Microsoft support is very poor, 1st they took lot more time than needed secondly they didn't inform me by any means that issue is resolved.
I happen to check my account only to find subscription added.

Your support services are useless , they are incompetent, lazy bunch of baboons. If my samsung laptop has issues it is samsung's responsibility to get it rectified. Why samsung is harrassing me to contact Microsoft do therir formality work? Its samsung's job, if you are not competent then shutdown your company and go in circus , maybe a clown can give you a job
