Only that thing (OS Upgrades) is little concerning to me. I need to think it badly because most likely this phone I'm gonna use for next 4 5 years.

The difference between the A and M series is the processer and more importantly the UI, M series have core UI , where has A has superior Ui without core. Another advantage of A series and upper model is Knox is embedded in the device both in hardware as well as software, in M series itis just Knox software. A is more secure. Always go for model A series and above, like s and z. You will atleast get 3 Android updates from the version you have brought and samsung gives regular security updates. I don't think samsung discriminates it's customers. Best of luck for your new phone.
