Why tf there isn't clipboard in samsung f41 keyboard?!!!!!!

Yes, it doesn't support, even m series doesn't have this feature..

You can try some other keyboard like g board or SwiftKey

Not only f41 several handsets not having clipboard please send feedback to Samsung by using get help section
