Based on user preferences and choice, whenever a calendar event for a specific calendar is about to begin, let's say my office calendar is Outlook and suppose I have a meeting that is going to start at 11 AM till 11:30 AM, the mobile should be automatically put in the vibrate mode 5 minutes before the meeting, say 10:55 AM and then brought back to whichever mode it was previously. To avoid any issues, we can have a pop up at 10:54 AM that mentions that the phone will be moved to vibrate mode if the user doesn't intervene and this pop should auto close in 1 min. With so many meetings happening, especially online, the last thing one wants is the mobile phone ringing in the middle of an important presentation or meeting. Is this doable?
