Changing CSC from USA to Indian CSC

Hi guys, I have a newly bought Samsung S23 plus US version unlocked (Snapdragon), software version S91*U1, CSC is XAA. I live in India currently, and I am not able to use the call recording and Samsung Pay and I think some other features are missing as well. I thought the US version XAA would have more and better features compared to Indian, but not sure why it's like this. Anyway, I read somewhere that changing CSC to INS or something would work for getting the features like call recording and SPay and stuff,.. and without losing warranty or any other side effects..? Could anybody please provide some insights on this ? Or if you have tried this, is everything okay ? Is this worth the change ?

I haven't changed the csc yet. I can use UPI and other apps normally. Samsung pay is different from the one in India, this version doesn't have UPI or digilocker integration, its just for credit cards. Also, call recording is not available

Ah sad. I have never used Samsung pay, but was considering it with the new phone. Guess I can't.

@TheBrownDjango Changed the CSC from XSG to INS. everything works fine now, without any data loss. Samsung pay has all features, call recording and caller ID is available now, also no problems with receiving updates or 5G(using Airtel, not sure about other networks)

XSG? is that an american csc? which software did you use? can you please give us the details... i wanna use all the features on my XAA one...

Samsung pay for me is same as well - I can add some of my Indian credit cards in it; I was able to add my California state vaccination card as well but that's about it

I really miss the DigiLocker integration and UPI through Samsung pay :')

Any update on this? I plan to buy S23/s24 in US and need to change csc for call recording which I need for my meeting notes. As far as I know Samfw doesn't show Indian CSC for US models. Any other route?
