Tech TalkSoooo I've a similar situation.
I purchased a S22 ultra carrier unlocked (SM-S908U1) from the US and am currently living in India.
The samfw website says that the only supported CSC for my device are North America based. My current CSC is XAA.
I am unable to use samsung pay with full features like digilocker and upi and don't have call recording as well.
Can I choose to flash a different firmware than the one supported by my csc?
Like a firmware corresponding to INS csc and change csc and Firmwarw altogether for my device?

Tech TalkI have purchased my s22ultra from Dubai and I am currently in India. As I was not able to see samsung wallet with digilocker I have used samfw to change CSC to INS ( referred through multile forums) [service provider - software version INS,INS/INS/XSG/XSG). But as rightly pointed out by you in one of your reply, I have lost getting automatic OTA privilege
Could you please guide or help me on how to get continuous OTA updates
1) Whether by changing CSC from INS to XSG using SamFW would it help ?
2) If I flash ODIN with INS firmware, would I be getting OTA updates ?
3) Is there any manual way to update the security patch as OTA is not working ( I have tried smart switch with no luck )
Thanks in advance.

Tech TalkDear Samsung Member,
Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!
As per your concern, we would like to inform you that the products manufactured in different countries may vary in features, and specifications, and 5G is not supported in overseas models in India. However, we do not recommend changing the CSC code of the device. As you have already discussed with the service center technical team they have provided you all better information regarding the same.
Warm Regards,
Samsung Customer Support
