Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:
1. Clear data of the play store
Settings > Apps > Google Play Store > Storage > Clear Data > Delete >
2. Reset the download manager
Settings > Apps > 3 dot menu button > Show system apps > Download Manager, Check that the app is enabled (we want the option to show as Disable ) > Force Stop.
