I'm facing multiple issues with the Contacts app, Version 15.9.70

ISSUE #1
SYNCING DP PROBLEM : If I change a Display/Profile Picture (DP) of a contact/phone number the Display picture changes, but for temporary period of time. I mean, The Picture will automatically be removed after some days.
i.e. I set a DP > The DP start showing > Some days past > The DP no longer showing (removed)

ISSUE #2
CANNOT FIND EXISTING CONTACTS : If I have a phone number in my Call-log & I want to add that in one of my existing contracts the app can't find the contact.

i.e. Open Phone App > Tap a Contact > Tap "+ Add to contact" > Update existing contract > Search (the a saved contact) > No result found (Although the contact is saved is being shown on the list)

Then I Will Back Up My Contacts To Internal Memory Delate Phone Contacts & Import New Content List My Contacts Was Fixed
