Fast Charging is not wotking? 8 hrs to complete charge from o to 100. Even fast charging option is enable. Plz send software update to resolve this isse. I have complaint it several time but got only one answer go to near by service center,but during this lockdown i am unable to go out.You plz roll out the update,becoz i have to finish lot of work on my moblie.So agian request to roll out the update so that it will be very thankful to you...plz do something.🙏

Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

 

1. We always recommend to use genuine Samsung charger for charging your device.

 

2. Check your charging cable (USB cable) for physical damage such as wear and tear, bent prongs etc. If it is damaged then kindly visit your nearest service center to get it replaced.

 

3. Check charger functionality, try to charge your device with some other charger or use your charger to charge some other device.

 

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > send feedback > error report/ask questions).

Charger is working good...
I also tried with m20 charger with same output rating but still not working...
Means there is the fault in software not in charger...
Also i kept my phone in safe mode but still didn't work,so there is no fault in third party app...
you just roll out update such that all m series if having such probelm then this software update will resolve it else nothing will change for proper functioning devices..
