Wifi and hotspot won't turn on at same time after update

I own a Samsung Galaxy S6 lite tab and before update i used wifi and hotspot at the same time but after i updated my tab I am not able to use both at same time. I contacted support on WhatsApp and they asked me to post my query here.

It wont turn on ath the same time for the mobile phones and some tabs too

Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile hotspot and tethering > Mobile Hotspot > Configure > Advanced > Turn on WiFi sharing.
