I hvTab s7 fe wifi model, SOC 778G. 
My 2 ½ years old phone running onExynos 9611 performing better and running smoothly than my Tablet. Which is only7months old and hv better soc. I use my tablet mainly for work and study purpose. Everytime when I connect my tablet to hotspot it hangs initial 4-5 minutes. If I try to access my quick panel it takes 10-15 seconds to open. So Same with apps. If any app opens and try to close or go back it wouldn't. Recent menu can't be accessible in time. It all happens in starting 4 5 minutes. After 4 5 minutes it's quite usable. But switching between apps is not smooth everytime.
  • Device optimization and automation is ON.
  • Storage is available more than half.
  • Also tried changing Background process limit but not helped.
  • Removed unnecessary apps.
  • Updated to latest Android 12 one ui 4.1
  • Keeps apps up-to-date.
  • Auto update via wifi for Play Store and System update is also disabled. I update those manually.
  • Only telegram is installed and auto download media over wifi is off.
  • Wifi connection is stable.

Try reseting Settings first.
Followed by Factory reset if not solved.

Small correction for your post Tab s7 fe has 750g not 778g, you can try going to the safe mode , try doing a factory reset, if it is a software problem then go to the service center and ask for installing a new os in your phone(you can do this from your own also).

Installed firmware again using Odin.
And Don't think problem is solved.
