USB device not recognized

My device, Samsung Galaxy Tab A9 plus, has stopped recognising other USB devices, mice keyboard, printer, etc. shortly after updating to Android 15. Before that it used to work just fine. 

If anyone has a solution please let me know.

Dear, this issue happening due to software bug, wait for some time it will solve, if these are not solved kindly please complaint to the samsung customer support team or samsung service center through the WhatsApp or call I hope they will fix your issues soon.

In new software when you connect usb device you have to choose action what you want to do from the notification bar you can see it. It is not a problem. Samsung improved security.

Ok then if it is not seen, you can contact samsung care if it may be a bug or anything else. I have not tab so i cant test it for you.

We regret to hear about your experience with our product. Please believe that this is not a usual occurrence.

Please perform the below-mentioned troubleshooting steps, these may help in resolving your concern.

● Check the USB connection: Perform Phone diagnostics checks through the Samsung Members apps.
Path: Samsung members > Support > Phone diagnostics > USB connection.

● Clear data of USB settings: To clear the data off the USB, please follow the below steps.
Setting > Apps > Three lines > Enable Show system apps >Ok> Search USB Settings > Tap on storage > Clear data of USB Settings.

● Reset app preferences: Settings > Apps > Three dots (Appearing at the top right corner) > Reset app preferences (It'll reset the permissions of all applications)

● You can reset your device by following the steps.
1. Kindly create a data backup of your device via the SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
2. Remember the Google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.
3. If you do not remember then advise to reset (Forgot password) his/her Google account.

Path: Settings> General Management.>Reset>Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup>After backup tab on Factory data reset to reset your device to its factory default settings.
This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps.

If the issue persists, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send).
