I went to Samsung care service to repair my tab S8 ultra screen I was told that they are gonna cancel my Samsung warranty due to the frame cover has little scratch on top of the edge they advice me I should change the whole body cover but I refused bcos is too expensive they said they can't repair it unless they are gonna cancel the device warranty.
I'm disappointed because physical damage has no warranty from Samsung company so what is the essence of cancel my warranty? if they know that they have original spare parts I don't know why Samsung don't have customer interest at all? After missing out Samsung care+ within a month of purchased the item due to less awareness which is very painful to what happened to my TAB S8 Ultra.
I will be glad if someone could explain why Samsung is doing this to their customer especially a product under warranty this is unfair.
