At which level of charging , we should keep charging to tablets

Can any one please help me ?

In battery settings turn on protect battery. It will charge upto 85 percent always and show you as full charge. Helps enhance battery life.

The golden rule is to keep your battery topped up somewhere between 30% and 90% most of the time. Top it up when it drops below 50%, but unplug it before it hits 100%. For this reason, you might want to reconsider leaving it plugged in overnight.

Pushing in the last charge from 80-100% causes a lithium-ion battery to age faster.

I charge my phone from 20% to 90% never charge it to 100%. But I do one thing every 3 to 4 months I do 100% to 0% basically I calibrate

Ideally over the years I have observed when the battery reaches 30% plug it till it completes a full 100% charge,dont finish the cycle at 80 or 90%. Longevity also increases. Never leave chargers plugged overnight!

Keep your device charged between 25% to 90%, this will not reduce your battery life.
