Scheduled shutdown of new Tab A 7 Lite

Is it possible to schedule a new Tab A 7 lite to shutdown at a particular time ?

Or even better, if the battery gets to a certain level and the power is disconnected ( ie tablet is not charging )

Go to device care >> battery >> more battery settings >> protect battery
