I bought my tablet on 25/08/2021 and activated through sim on 29/08/2021
But customer care is telling that my device was activated on 29/07/2021 which is not possible as the seller literally opened seal packed box right in front of me..
Yet due to this error in system I'm unable to redeem my offer
