A really irritating problem

The samsung my files app open automatically when ever I play YouTube and continue watching suddenly the my files app just open and it's happen and happen again and again now when weaver I put my tablet on and unlock it then if I not touch for a while it's automatically open my files please help me it's really irritating a issue. Now it's 1 month has passed since my complain but samsung isn't help me with my problem

Shortcut :- see if you have enabled shortcut to files app via power button or, through registar app of good lock.
