There is no option to block user when device are connected to my tab A Hotspot.

This problem  is very irritating. We need to solve this problem. This problem  damages the basic  need of user.

Though this feature should be added by Samsung right now you can simply change hotspot password so that only devices which you provide password for can connect.

If u change ur password, then the user u want to block won't be able to connect, unless u give them the password. No way to block them as of now.
