Samsung Tab A, microphone not working after recent software update last week

I did software update lastweek on my Samsung tab A and after that microphone is not working with zoom and google Duo app.

Raised a ticket 2309708015 with Samsung support and waiting for resolution..

This issue is faced by many others, see the thread in the Link below which precisely is the issue i am facing too.

Kids online classes are affected because of this issue. When they ask or speak, others are not able to hear them.
