The feature tap view is not working even though I have s23 ultra and Samsung 138 cm (55 inches) D Series Brighter Crystal 4K Vivid Pro Ultra HD Smart LED TV UA55DUE77AKLXL is not working, both the devices have been updated to the date.

So open your smart things app
Next go to menu icons or three lines
Next click on setting icon on top
Tap the switch on Next to tap and view and enable it
Pls mark this as resolved by clicking three dots

As per your query, we want to inform you that Mirroring movies or music from your smartphone to your TV is as simple as a tap. When you tap the TV with your smartphone, the TV senses the tap and mirrors automatically.

Note: To activate the tap option, Samsung SmartThings must be installed on your Phone and the Tap View option activated within the SmartThings settings.

Path of Tap View in SmartThings app on phone: SmartThings> SmartThings menu> Settings> Tap View.

● This service is only active while your device is on and the SmartThings service is installed and activated.

▶ How to Tap on TV

● Tap the back of your phone against the top or side of your TV.

● Tap gently (slightly put it on and then pull it off).

● A blue border will appear and disappear accompanied by a sound from your TV to confirm the connection.

● Using a phone case can protect your phone.

If the issue persists, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application ((Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select Ask question> select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.)
