I want to know whether QA43QEF1AULXL Tap view feature is available in this model Television or not because it is not working. I tried tapping on top bottom left and right all sides with my Samsung S22 Ultra phone. Tap View and Tap shound are active on my mobile smart things app and power saving was also disabled. Kindly provide appropriate solution.
