In case the issue still occurs, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).
Please do not advise us to install outside the secure folder as we know it. We want to install inside the secure folder as we used to do it earlier. Whats the value add of Samsung otherwise??
Fix it as thousands of Samsung mobile customers may migrate to better phones like Motorola that have similar secure area. I've already parallelly using Motorola.
