Secure FolderGiven that you've already checked the Administration App list and cleared the data and cache of Secure Folder, here are some additional steps to help you resolve the issue:
*Advanced Troubleshooting Steps*
1. *Check for software updates*: Ensure your Galaxy M15 5G is running the latest software. Go to Settings > Software update > Download and install.
2. *Disable Device Admin Apps*: Although you've checked the Administration App list, try disabling Device Admin Apps. Go to Settings > Lock screen > Device admin apps > Disable all apps.
3. *Reset Secure Folder settings*: Try resetting Secure Folder settings to their default values. Go to Settings > Apps > Secure Folder > Storage > Clear data and Clear cache.
4. *Reinstall Secure Folder*: Uninstall and reinstall Secure Folder. Go to Settings > Apps > Secure Folder > Uninstall. Then, download and install Secure Folder from the Galaxy Store.
5. *Perform a factory reset*: If none of the above steps work, you may want to consider performing a factory reset. This will erase all data on your device, so be sure to back up your important files and data before doing so.
*Additional Tips*
- Ensure that your device is not rooted or has any custom ROMs installed, as this might cause compatibility issues with Secure Folder.
- If you're using a corporate or work-related device, check with your IT department to see if there are any specific security policies or restrictions that might be preventing Secure Folder from working properly.
If none of these steps resolve the issue, you may want to visit a Samsung authorized service center or contact Samsung support for further assistance.

Secure FolderRecently few days back I have brought new M15 5G Prime Edition from Amazon.in. But after shifting from my old F14 5G to this new device I have been suffering from the following issues. a) I can not use my Reliance Jio 5G Sim data connection any more. While with previous set the JIO Sim 5G network is fine. But it does not receive Data with my new device. b) From today I am facing another issue. The phone is giving continue beep sound (like alarm or notification). I tried with everything possible. No result till now. Hope Samsung and Jio will take a notice of this and resolve the issues without any further delay. Thanks, S. Das

Secure Foldera) Reliance Jio 5G Data Connection
* Check 5G Compatibility:
* Phone: Ensure your M15 5G Prime Edition explicitly states it supports the specific 5G bands used by Reliance Jio in your area. You might find this in the phone's specifications on Amazon or the manufacturer's website.
* SIM Card: While your old SIM worked, it's worth double-checking with Jio that your SIM card is 5G-enabled. They might have upgraded SIMs since you got your F14.
* Plan: Confirm your Jio plan includes 5G data. Some older plans might need an upgrade.
* Network Settings:
* APN Settings: Incorrect APN (Access Point Name) settings can prevent data access. Search online for the correct Jio 5G APN settings for your region and manually enter them in your phone's network settings.
* Preferred Network Type: Make sure your phone is set to prefer 5G networks. This option is usually found in the mobile network settings.
* Troubleshooting:
* Restart: It sounds simple, but a phone restart often resolves minor glitches.
* SIM Card: Try reseating your Jio SIM card. Sometimes, a poor connection can cause issues.
* Network Reset: As a last resort, you can try resetting your phone's network settings. This will erase saved Wi-Fi passwords, but it might fix underlying network problems.
b) Continuous Beep Sound
* Identify the Source:
* Recent Apps: Think about any apps you installed recently. Some apps might have notification sounds that repeat.
* Alarms: Double-check that you don't have any alarms set, even accidentally.
* Notifications: Go through your notification settings to see if any app has a persistent notification sound.
* Silence the Beep:
* Do Not Disturb: Temporarily enable Do Not Disturb mode to silence all notifications and see if the beep stops. This can help you isolate the source.
* App Notifications: If you suspect a specific app, disable its notifications.
* System Sounds: Check your phone's sound settings for any system sounds that might be causing the beep.
If Problems Persist
* Contact Support: Reach out to the customer support for your M15 5G Prime Edition (likely the manufacturer). They might have specific troubleshooting steps or be aware of any known issues with the device.
* Jio Support: Contact Jio customer care to verify your SIM card, plan, and network settings. They can also help troubleshoot any network-related problems.
Important Note: If you recently transferred data from your old phone, it's possible that a setting or app from the F14 is causing the beep. Pay close attention to any apps or settings that might have carried over.
