Secure Folder isn't working

Hello samsung team and fans.

I am trying to move some of my pictures and data to samsung secure folder but i can't move.

An error appears everytime when i move something to secure folder that All Images Couldn't Move.

It's happening just after new update of #oneui4.1 in my phone.

Before i was using oneui 3.1 and everything was smooth but now it's not working properly.

Hi,

1) Via the Secure Folder: Open the Secure Folder > Add Files (or tap the 3 dots > Add Files) > Images > Select the items you want to add > Done > Choose whether you want to Move or Copy the items.

2) Via the Gallery app: Open the Gallery app > Select the items you want to move > Tap the 3 dots in the bottom right > Move To Secure Folder.

If the problem persists, please send us an Error Report by following the steps below.

Head to the Members app > Get Help > Error Report > Tap 'OK' to send System Log Data > Select the symptom, and include as much detail as possible.
