No S-Secure for S series and Note series

Turns out that s-secure is not available for high end phones. Instead there is secure folder but there is a catch.

It is good for hiding media but not for apps.

If you want to lock whatsapp for instance it will not lock it. It will actually create a separate copy of whatsapp in secure folder and uour original whatsapp along with date stays outside unlocked. That means apps can't be locked like in a secure.

What are we supposed to do then??

yes due to secure folder Samsung didn't provide separate app lock
so u can check this out by this app lock you can lock settings, notifications, and even recent tabs.

i am not a fan of third party solutions when company already has(had) something alredy. kinda hurts but looks like third-party solution is what we have to go for

in my opinion if you only depends inbuilt features or apps then you have to compromise so many things.
by the way apps from playstore is also for us.
thats why company provided this platform to fulfill our need.
if any company in future provide each and every useful apps and remove playstore then no body will buy it.
and apps from playstore is also useful and full protected.

Bro Secure Folder is much Secure and one of the best option for Note and S series devices.

I agree... for media its very safe and useful too.
but for apps its not convenient.

even xiaomi has an applock and its pretty **bleep** good.

Secure folder is reserved for A and flagship devices and secure folder is available in M Series.

Yes we can't use S secure folder in flagship devices. I think Samsung never think about this because for them secure folder is more secure then S Secure. So, Secure Folder users don't need S Secure in device.
