Serious security concern for all Samsung Device

Your samsung device, even s , a , fold , m , f series devices is with one app that no one wants to talk about why

Every security professional advice to not give permission to unknown install app to any other app except google Playstore or samsung store

But u don't know ur device is already coming with app that have this permission by default and u are not allowed to change it , stop it or disable or uninstall this app

if u refer this screenshot u will know that it have unlimited access to ur device /phone , notification, internet and can install app if ut wants and u can not do anything about it not even change its permission 

Do Samsung take responsibility of this app?

Yes, its needed for meta related apps like Facebook which is pre installed and can be uninstalled (Facebook).

Bro try to uninstall all meta related app like fb, insta, what's app and then check...
U will see , u r not allowed to uninstall meta services , u can just disable it ...
That too will run in background

This app is not installed my my phone S25 Ultra
