My Samsung Galaxy S23fe is having some issues. I can't access my Secure Folder. When I try to access my Secure Folder, it shows "SECURITY POLICY PREVENTS THE INSTALLATION OF SECURE FOLDER."

What could be the reason for this problem?

Note: I bought this phone through TVS Credit. I thought the problem might be because of TVS Credit policies, but I also have another S23 bought with TVS Credit EMI option, and it does not have any problems.
