Issue with secure folder

Hi,

 I am using samsung galaxy s20, I am having issue with secure folder and unable to import/export files.

Okay, what does it show when you try to export to Secure Folder?

It doesn't open, sir. When I try to open Secure Folder, a pop-up message appears saying, "SECURITY POLICY PREVENTS THE INSTALLATION OF SECURE FOLDER."

I already consulted two Samsung customer support teams, but they told me to erase all data and start afresh. After doing that, it's all the same.
