Unable to buy anything on Samsung Shop App or Website

Hello,

After giving enough time to Samsung Shop Support team to solve issue , I am not writing this here so that any responsible Samsung Employee who monitors these forums can take action and solve issue.

End of August, I was looking to buy either A71 or Note 10 Lite from Samsung Shop app or website as offers were better compared to other online sites. On 29th August , I decided to buy Note 10 Lite. But to my surprise,  I found that Samsung didn't want me to buy it. I kept on getting error message at final payment stage as "You have already purchased max allowed quantity for this product". 

This is totally ridiculous as I have never purchased Note 10 Lite before. I used Samsung Shop Live chat option to report issue and suggested me to use incognito mode, clear cache of browser etc.
All these suggestions didn't work. I also called Samsung helpline 3 times and after long hold of almost 30 mins, one person noted issue and promised that they will check and call me back.

Since I needed phone urgently, I asked my cousin to order it via his login and it worked.
Next day on 30th Aug, I got call from person claiming to be from Samsung Sales and he again listened to whole issue. He told me to email all details to outbound.kochar@samsung.com which I did immediately.
Now also if I try to buy any mobile from Samsung shop app or website , I still get same error.

It seems Samsung has blocked my account from buying. I don't understand why this was done.
Last week also I highlighted this issue via Live chat and agent told me that I will be getting callback. No callback has been done yet.

It seems pathetic customer service by Samsung which is clearly stopping people to buy their products. Is this how they are going to compete ?

As I wrote earlier , I hope some sensible Samsung employee reads this and takes action to resolve issue and unblock my samsung account immediately.

Earlier there was issue with Samsung Shop app which I was not able to login and now this.
My order history is not showing any orders as I haven't ordered any yet.

Use Amazon bro, many users have received their products late upon ordering from Samsung Shop.

I mostly use amazon only but sometimes offers are much better and unique on Samsung Shop.

Hello guys , can you help me highlight this issue so that someone sensible from Samsung can solve this?
I am getting typical robotic replies asking me to use different email id, mobile number.
I just don't understand why it is so difficult to reset or unblock my Samsung Shop account for them.
Totally ridiculous !

Yes, I am also receiving the same error and struggled a lot when reaching out to these people.  Whatever mentioned in your comments, even I faced them.

WORST SERVICE I EVER RECEIVED/FACED. BETTER EVERYONE GO FOR AMAZON OR FLIPKART OR ANY OTHER E-KART SITES.

May be they have blocked your account, mobile number.
Use someone else's account tp order.

Hey bro, i also facing same issue "maxed quantity" i was trying to claim buds pro but while doing payment i faced this validation that you have already purchased max allowed quantity for this product. Dont know what to do i called everyone in samsung they said clear cache and app data. This is the only help i received from samsung customer care. I hope samsung will fix this soon.

Bro , no one will help you in this case.
They claim that you have purchased more devices and suspect that you are selling those outside.

Only work around is to use different phone number and email id in address.

Yes i talked to a person who also have same phone he said check tomorroe after clearing all cache and app data with different phone
