Payment have been deducted but order has not processed

I have ordered the Samsung Galaxy S24 (Special Edition) (Jade Green, 256 GB) through the Samsung website (https://www.samsung.com), money has been deducted from my credit Card, I received the email and SMS confirmation for the deduction of money.

But as soon the payment completed the website has been redirected from payment page to cart page (order placing page) again and displayed the message order failed. 

I haven't received any email confirmation or anything regarding the matter and also I can't see it in the order page and I did not get any order number.

I have contacted the Whatsapp support, they have asked me to wait for 60minutes , and they told me that I will receive email regarding the status of the order, but its been 3 hrs more and I have waited long time nothing has happened. 

I think that order has been failed because I still have the pre reserve voucher coupon and loyalty points unused, so that means the order has not processed.

But at the same time my HDFC credit card instant discount of 8000 is gone now that means, I have utilized the credit card discount and payment has successfully gone through.

Now I am left stranded and don't know how to get the refund back and even if I get the refund back, now my credit card discount is not available since I have already availed the discount and discount is applicable once per card. 

Due to the technical error, now I can't get the Galaxy S24 now and I am not able to raise the query without order number, since I did not get the order number in a first place. I have contacted the Whatsapp support and its useless, and tried the call support but the IVR not connecting me to the agent since its asking for the order number and email support also not received. 

Very worst experience ordering from Samsung website.

Go to the website, login with the same Samsung account(through which you ordered) and check there !
