Refund not received after 35 days

I cancelled my order for a z flip 4 on 17 august and was told by mail that I'd receive a refund within 7-10 days. It has now been over 35 days and I still haven't received my refund. I have tried calling over 10 times, writing an email to (support.estore@email.support.samsung.com) over 15 times, but they just keep telling me that its a technical issue and will refund within 24 hours(which are all lies as several days have passed and still no refund has been processed). Anyone knows what I can do or is filing a police complaint the only option?

Consumer court is the way forward for you. And don't buy Samsung again. This will be the kind of service or the lack of it, you will be getting after sales too.

Guys. Think before you buy anything on Samsung Shop. Samsung's refund policy is very poor also pathetic customer service. So you'll receive your refund sooner if you have luck otherwise please expect a delay. I have got refund after nearly one month since I cancelled the order. So think before and buy in Samsung shop. If you cancelled the order that's it. You need to follow up with customer service continuously. Your life will become hell if you paid any big amount.

Yes. Dont worry. You'll get it. But don't cancel it. Then you'll face delay in refund.
