Refund not received after 35 days

I cancelled my order for a z flip 4 on 17 august and was told by mail that I'd receive a refund within 7-10 days. It has now been over 35 days and I still haven't received my refund. I have tried calling over 10 times, writing an email to (support.estore@email.support.samsung.com) over 15 times, but they just keep telling me that its a technical issue and will refund within 24 hours(which are all lies as several days have passed and still no refund has been processed). Anyone knows what I can do or is filing a police complaint the only option?

Where it was told to you that you will get refund in 7-10 days. Also make sure that the date of the email received is also visible if possible.

Same happened with me also after 40 days of order cancellation still didn't get my refund even my EMI's r still deducting only 1 left 😏😕very bad service support from Samsung. Not expected that it will take about a month or more to get refund.

I don't have any option left now. What i do ? Customer support executives are also not receiving calls from my side and nor processed my full refund. Plz suggest me what i do ?
