Samsung not refunding HDFC Debit card purchase EMI

I placed an order for a Samsung S24 Ultra on 28th June, however due to a delay in delivery I canceled my order on the 4th and received the confirmation on 9th July. The email mentioned that I would receive a refund within 7-10 days. It's now been 17 days since the email and no progress from their end. 
They asked me for my bank account details and a canceled cheque/bank statement information but still yet to see any movement or confirmation regarding the refund.
My first EMI is due on the 5th of Aug and I don't even have the device which I will be paying for. 
The bank is unable to cancel the loan because they haven't received any transaction reversal confirmation from Samsung. 

Any advice on how to deal with this?

Keep samsung support and bank support in loop on email. Maintain email communication with bank and samsung in this case.

Are you saying that I should send an email to HDFC bank and copy Samsung support on the same email? And the bank co-ordinate with them?
