PAYMENT MADE BUT NO ORDER ID CREATED AND CANNOT REFUND MY MONEY TOO

I made a purchase for a microwave from Samsung Online Website and the payment was confirmed by the bank. However, on checking with Samsung they are unable to make me the delivery of the product, neither can they see a order ID generated in their system and also they keeping asking me to wait 24 to 48 hours for a revert. I have not received a single revert on all my emails and calls and today is the 4th day. 

I am in no mans land and can someone please help and give me a refund of my amount? I do not want to be associated with Samsung ever!

Yes boss. Have received their confirmation that the amount has been credited to Samsung. I have their confirmation. But nothing from Samsung. Such a pathetic service. Really very disaapointed.
