I ordered a Samsung AC on March 28th. The delivery was scheduled for April 1st, but on that day, their delivery agent requested additional payment. I complained to Samsung support; they said their concerned team would ensure delivery before April 5th. After continuously following up with support, I received no updates from their team and no delivery. On the evening of April 6th, they canceled my order without confirmation, and now they are deducting 3,000 from my refund.


Be aware; say no to Samsung.
