I have order samsung galaxy watch 4 lte on 31 st of August ...it promise delivery date was 11 th of September but till now the order is not delivered or shipped yet....A mail was given to me that it will be shipped on 13th of September but 13 th September also past away and no yet my order get shipped or deliver yet.... Samsung shop is playing with customer trust ...and their customer executive only ask for to wait ...everytime I call they tell me to wait for next 24 hour ... #shameonsamsung

It's not patience bro, without receiving the product in hand I have paid my emi. Samsung should have handled this in better way. I faced the same issue with my Note 20 Ultra delivery as well.

I think it does not help to shame a person by saying:

You guys don't have a bit of patience, do you?

I think it is appropriate to post a concern such as this (that an expected shipment is very delayed with very little explanation). It is now nearly the end of the year and Samsung is still having shipping delays. And it does not matter that they use a third-party service; it is Samsung that we are doing business with.

The (current) problem might be that there is a ship at sea  waiting to get into a port with my product on board and if so then it would help for Samsung to say that.

It doesnt matter, they cannot play with their customers. if they say a date then they should stick to it. they cant keep on delayed over and over. if its 1 or 2 days i can understand but by a week or even in some cases a month, it is unforgiveable. Apple, Amazon and LG would never do this so why should samsung be allowed to? Ive ordered the samsung M8 with Buds Live and they were meant to arrive on the 21st april, its now the 24th and i still have no updates or anything. Im never buying from samsung again.

When did you receive the product?

  • I Ordered on December 15th but there is no update till now. Whenever I call to customer care they are just telling to wait.

I have ordered a samsung product.
They stated it should delivery by 29/03/2022 but I doesn't. On 28 th Contacted customer care they told with 24 hrs you will get an update about your product. Almost it's been 3 days I haven't get any update. Atleast they should provide the status of delay. Order still in confirmed status.

All helplines numbers are not useful after waiting for 10 mins they say it's not valid number. Till in confirmed status
