I have order samsung galaxy watch 4 lte on 31 st of August ...it promise delivery date was 11 th of September but till now the order is not delivered or shipped yet....A mail was given to me that it will be shipped on 13th of September but 13 th September also past away and no yet my order get shipped or deliver yet.... Samsung shop is playing with customer trust ...and their customer executive only ask for to wait ...everytime I call they tell me to wait for next 24 hour ... #shameonsamsung

You guys don't have a bit of patience, do you? Don't want to be rude, but there is no other option. First up, Samsung Shop is managed by Savex, so Samsung doesn't update order status, Savex does. Second, while the status of the update remains the same, your order may have shipped without you knowing.

Do you realize that there is a pandemic going on and that Samsung received way more pre orders than they initially expected? Even my order is delayed, but I know how to stay patient. Rest assured, your product will reach you, you don't have to worry about that.

True that, but also on the other hand, Samsung, specifically Savex has to be blamed for this.

The least they could have provided regular updates. Or bare minimum, update the order page to reflect a newer shipping date.

Imagine this, we have made full payment for the product we did not receive, it is not like in escrow but actually ready funds that they can use from day 1 until of course, a customer cancels the order...which probably is a very small percentage.

I know this thread is old but I did a search on Samsung delay delivery, this came up.  I am facing similar issue.  Ordered placed a week ago.  At time of ordering, Samsung website gave me the option to choose a delivery date, the first date available was the next day, a Sunday.  After that, apart from an email acknowledging my order, no further correspondence.  Tracking my order using the order number returned no luck.  If an order is not dispatched, then Samsung should not take payment until it is despatched.  The same went with my pre order of S22 ultra.  Expected delivery is on 12 March but full payment was taken on the date of order.  Not good.

Savex is similar to Delhivery. No updates just **bleep**.

Apparently from what I have heard, Savex has partnered with Delhivery and Blue Dart for shipping, which makes it even worse.
