I have pre ordered the Note 20 Ultra and submitted al required detail to redeem the R4000 e-voucher and not a single email or sms was received to confirm my submittion....this seems to be a sales stratagy just to get sales because who cares about the customer and to put the cherry on top the device that was delivered is faulty...sound like loose component inside the phone...and this is supposed to be the "flagship" of samsang mobile devices... I think for a +-R37000 phone this is absolute sub standard...plus no protective case or screen protector... so now im told to take a brand new 1 week old device in for repairs a sit without a phone for +-2weeks ...no replacement unit(what great customer service🤔). Im a regrenting being with Samsung for 12 years.

The status regarding your e-voucher claim shows that it has been rejected due to incorrect documents sent and IMEI number not shown.

An excahange for your device can be logged, but once the device is collected it will need to be taken to a technician to assess it for physical damage or customer neglegance. Once assessments are done you will receive feedback on the status of the device exchange.

CPA swap out within 14 days. they should give you a new one as long as you have your receipt and so on

thats not what they tell me....i need to book the device in for repairs and wait around 1-2week for this and propably pay for the repair as well....im so fedup with Samsung...should have gone with an iphone.😡

that is my problem no tracking no ever received no email confirmation as well...
after submition it just gave me a messege status you will receive an sms or email confirmation within 48-72 hours and that was it...
After numerous calls and emails which i gave the correct documentation all i get is that is has been escalated and that is where it stays...almost a month futher now and still nothing😡
