Same here, I registered for the Samsung buds promotion, they said everything was successful but until 2dy i hvnt got anything.

When I got my S23 Back in Feb I got a R2000 voucher. TO THIS DAY I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY CODE OR WHATEVER. When I tried to contact Samsungs Customer Care they told me that since I haven't watched the Samsung Unpacked I cannot get the Voucher.

Note that the voucher came WITH the phone and was not part of some "Stand a Chance to win" ordeal.

I'm very passed of that I haven't received my voucher yet. R2000 is too much to loose
