I tried to redeem the voucher on the app, but it said that the IMEI nr is already registered. I have not received a confirmation mail or anything else. I have phoned the nr provided by the agents on WhatsApp but it just rings. I have also sent mails but have not gotten any response. Is there any way to get assistance with this matter?

You will need to contact the company that you took the phone by. It could be that the reward was claimed using your phone's IMEI, then returned.

For instance, if you got it on contract by Vodacom, give them a call or go to the branch you went to. Otherwise if they registered for you I branch you can try and contact Samsung's promotions team on the attached details.1765309515835.jpg
