No but the rollout has started in samsung's home country "Korea" ...SA's devices can expect it "maybe" I the last week of May if lucky or 1st week of June.
If you want to Hotspot other devices using 5Ghz ,the other device must have 5G network connectivity but if it doesn't support 5G, it won't be able to connect to your 5Ghz band Hotspot.
